CASA and OCS have Social Event
On June 16, 2010, child welfare workers from the Office of Community Services (OCS) and Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers and staff met together to enhance their work for abused and neglected children in Ascension Parish. This OCS and CASA social event allowed the two agencies to mingle together in a more relaxed and personal setting to build relationships. This event allowed all those involved to relate and connect on topics in addition to their love and passion for helping children in need.
